In the last few years, inequalities that communities of color continue to face have been highlighted and compounded, and brought to the forefront of the public’s consciousness. The Pipeline Crisis/Winning Strategies Initiative seeks to refresh and continue its efforts to engage the private sector to address the persistent opportunity gaps confronting young Black men. Pipeline is at a key inflection point, with an opportunity to build upon its groundwork and successes, while evolving to ensure its work remains responsive and current.
