In the last few years, inequalities that communities of color continue to face have been highlighted and compounded, and brought to the forefront of the public’s consciousness. The Pipeline Crisis/Winning Strategies Initiative now seeks to refresh and continue its efforts to engage the private sector to address the persistent opportunity gaps confronting young Black men. Pipeline is at a key inflection point, with an opportunity to build upon its groundwork and successes, while evolving to ensure its work remains responsive and current. With this in mind, Pipeline is seeking funding to refresh the data upon which its work and theory of change is based, including data related to education, employment and incarceration rates, related to Black men, to evaluate and refresh its structure and theory of change, and accomplishments to inspire and encourage continued private sector commitment and to carry out a recruitment process to engage a new generation of private sector leaders.
