Engaging the private sector in closing the achievement gap

Young Black men still face monumental barriers to opportunity and success. Let’s talk about it.

Our Vision

Educate.

The Pipeline Crisis/Winning Strategies Initiative aims to educate private sector leaders on the reality of the disparities, inequities, and barriers to success that young Black men still face. Moreover, we want leaders to understand the impact they can have to help reverse this.

By fostering meaningful dialogue, we hope to motivate individuals and organizations to invest their time and resources in supporting measures that help bridge the opportunity gap.

Motivate.

Contribute to Change.

Backed by influence and resources, we seek to stimulate community action and work with policymakers to create a lasting effect.

“You can’t expect to hire diverse, qualified candidates if the public education system is in shambles. Pipeline rekindled an interest in issues that I’ve cared about my whole life and inspired me to find ways to meaningfully leverage my professional and personal influence.”
